The device uses tap water, entering through a conventional filter, which serves to protect the machine from particle contamination.  The water then continues through a pressure regulator valve preventing system pressure fluctuation. It is then directed to the Vortex Tubes where it is injected at the periphery in a tangential motion facilitating the formation of a Vortex.  The water in each Vortex Tube spins in the opposite direction of the other.  Looking from the top down, the energy flow resembles an infinity sign.
 
At the bottom of each Vortex Tube, (see picture below) the water passes through a calibrated orifice before it "explodes" into a diffuser.  For the right side diffuser, the 732 trillion Hz. frequency (Violet Ray frequency) is introduced via two gold plated electrodes.  A 198.87Hz (note G) pulsed DC "Moon" wave serves as the carrier.  For the left side, 297.97Hz (Note D) "Sun" wave is the carrier.  This is the "Heart" of the device, where the water, which has been energetically prepared by the vortex, is being structurally changed by the introduction of frequencies generated by further improved Tesla Coil Technology creating etheric electromagnetic resonance. 
 
The restructured water then continues on its way over specially cut Crystals wrapped in nearly pure silver coils that are connected to a Triad "God Energy" Receiver Antenna installed at the top of each vortex tube. It incorporates an Amethyst Crystal, and a Light Emitting Diode.  The assemblies charge the water with subtle GOD energies .
 
As the water flows around the charged crystal, it is also exposed to an array of light frequencies from LED’s mounted on a gold plated "Earth Star" Integrated Circuit Board. Once past the LED's and the crystal, the water enters the "Sea of Tranquility."  This is a horizontal tube in which the water is stabilized, allowing it to "digest" the  described treatments.  In the Heavy Metal Trap, a gold electrode adds 250.56Hz (Note B, Earth & Heart Chakra Frequency),  which finishes the process.  Notes D, G & B are a G Major Chord.
The Living Water Device is equipped with a fitting that accepts a regular garden hose for the  water supply. The Heavy Metal Drain & the Vortex Tube Skimmers, leave the machine via a hose which goes to a drain.
 
Earth Star.  The gold plated Earth Star Circuit Board that holds the LED's is a six-sided Star of David with two concentric circles, concentrating the star energy & passing it on to the water.

We recently attended a Vibration & Music Healing Conference at the University of Arizona where we had the great pleasure of meeting and listening to Rustum Roy speak on exciting new findings and understandings of water. He intimated that for the first time, there have been identified some key elements of water structure that can be tested and are directly related to its effectiveness as having healthful qualities. He said to the effect that, "Now it is time for Structured Water makers to 'Put up or shut up'." Of course, we feel that there will always be elements of our water which will remain unmeasureable by science.
